Jeremiah 31:31-34 is the longest Old Testament passage quoted in the New Testament. In this passage, Jeremiah talks about the new covenant God will make with His people. In this new covenant God will place His law within the hearts of His people, He will be their God and they will be His people, they will all know him so there will be no need for teachers, and God will forgive their sin.
