Quality Management Plan

Scenario:

The CEO of the Nova Scotia Health Authority, Mark Jackson has reviewed your Project Management Plan (Assignment #1) and requested additional information regarding quality control and quality assurance. A meeting request has been made by the CEO’s office to discuss the project status and the Quality Management Plan. An agenda must be forwarded to the CEO’s office before the end of the day.

DEVELOP YOUR PLAN AS IF YOUR SUBMITTING IT TO THE REAL CEO

Step 1: Selecting Your Topic (Assignment #1)

In this assignment you will use the same topic you wrote about in Assignment #1. The Quality Control plan must be written as an extension to your initial Project Management Plan. The meeting agenda can be attached to the Quality Management Plan as an Appendix.

Note: Remember to make note of your appendices in your Table of Contents.

Step 2: Developing Your Quality Management Plan

Like Assignment #1, most organizations you work for will have templates or standard document requirements you will have to follow to submit written work. So, for this assignment your template has been provided. The template also provides directions. Please review your Moodle shell and follow the template provided. You may modify the template adding your own logos, or creative flair, however the following sections must be included to obtain full marks.

• Quality Control
• Quality Measurements
• Appendix – Meeting Agenda
• Reference Page

Hint: Research Meeting Agenda templates and select one that best suits your project.
