Create a new table in Datasheet View with the following options:
1. Rename the ID field to DeptID and change the data type to Short Text.
1. Change the field size of the DeptID field to 4.
1. Add a new field with the name DeptName and the Short Text data type. Save the table and use Departments as the table name.
With the Departments table still open in Datasheet View, add the seven records shown in Table 1. Save and close the Departments table.
