Using information from this article and from the Chapter 8 reading this week, select and research

a major online sales organization, such as (Amazon, Walmart, chewy ozon, asos, etsy, samsung, microsoft, wayfair, ebay, flipkart etc) and how they handle product

returns. Create a five- to seven-slide PowerPoint presentation addressing what data the

organization collects about the products being returned and what they do to handle those

products. Describe how the data is then provided to the product manufacturers to aid in product

improvement to avoid returns.
