1) Internal Company Analysis: Assess the internal weaknesses and strengths. This should be a lengthy discussion in which the strength or weakness is listed with examples of your chosen company. There should have two weaknesses and two strengths explained at a minimum.

2) Evaluate the company’s strategies (What corporate and business strategies do your company implements? What activities does your company undertake to implement the business strategy for each division? Do the activities and business strategy fit well?)
