Using the PICOC framework (Table 2.1, p. 25), explore the problem by writing a paper discussing how you arrived at the completed PICOC. Be sure to include enough discussion to adequately explain how you developed the PICOC. In addition, a chart similar to Table 2.1 should be included, as that will be the basis for future assignments.
