The paper must address three things:
a. Your top 2 most important “a-ha’s” or take-away from the class. What was surprising to you
and why? Why was it surprising and why was it an important learning for you? You must
connect your learnings to what we covered in class or had for homework. So, for example, if
you talk about team formation then please reference Tuckman’s Model using proper names
and references. The insights must connect to the learnings.
