Assignment: 

Create a short FlipGrid video (5-10 minutes) with “instant insight” feedback. These assignments are correlated as part of your Civility/Participation component for the course, meaning that you are expected to conduct yourself with civility in your ideas, feedback, and opinions. Consider what information may have initially resonated with you, made you think of an experience you’ve previously had, and/or what you believe you can utilise in your own workplace. As well, please consider what insight you may be able to offer your classmates pertaining to the topic discussed. These are your initial thoughts of the material that you will then develop further for your Reflection Paper.

An excellent tool to utilize would be your FlipGrids to facilitate ideas for these assignments. Please utilize information derived from lectures, the course text, insights from guest speaker interviews, supplemental reading, and/or class discussions to highlight new knowledge that you have gained throughout the term. Additionally, it is expected that you will include any personal experiences, opinions, and/or outside reading material to support your key “takeaways”. Reflection Paper must be a minimum of 4-6 full pages of thoughtful, critical analysis.
