To get started, this first assignment will be where you begin to brainstorm eCommerce ideas that you’d like to pursue. Use both your imagination and business acumen to determine what the eCommerce market is lacking, or perhaps this will be an opportunity to market and sell your own personal creations. Feel free to get as creative as you’d like, but make sure that your eCommerce ideas are classroom appropriate and would be a viable business in the real world. 2 file Examples of students is uploaded.

Choose one idea you feel most strongly about and answer the following in questions and answer form. I recommend that you build these as slides in PowerPoint/Google Slides with each question as its own slide. Be specific and add plenty of images to support any ideas.

1. Name of Business (5 points)
2. What type of good/service will you be selling? Be specific. (5 points)
3. Who is your target demographic/psychographic? (5 points)
4. Who will your competitors be? (5 points)
5. What will your navigation look like? What will the categories be? (5 points)
6. What do you imagine the look and feel of your website would be? Colors, styling, imagery, etc. (10 points)
7. Why do you think this idea will be successful? What will differentiate you from the rest? (15 points)
