Purpose: The goal of this course is to explain how much damage a data breach can cause and then learn how to protect against them. For this paper, find a real-life example of a data breach that has occurred in the last two years and write about it. Your paper should answer the questions:

Who was breached?

When did the breach occur?

What information was breached?

What damage did the breach cause?

Who committed the breach (if known)?

What cybersecurity vulnerabilities were exploited?

Requirements:

Write a 2-3 page paper (600 words minimum)

Find an example of a data breach within the last two years. NOTE: You cannot use any that might be discussed in the textbook; e.g. like the ones listed in Table 1-1

 Provide a clickable URL to at least 3 website references to articles or videos. NOTE: You cannot use

Wiki or Facebook but you can use blogs

 Include a properly formatted in-text citation for each of your references within the body of your paper.
