Race, Racism, and Science Review and discuss the material
from week 12. Specifically, discuss the concept of race, racism, and the social
construction of race. What does Elizabeth Kolbert mean when she says that race
is “a made-up label”? What does Graves and Goodman mean when they say in
the title of their introduction, “racism, not race”? Be sure to support your answer
with a couple of observations from the video.
