In a one page paper, three hundred words, research what the requirements are for security personnel to become certified in the state of Georgia (USA).  Also research what legal requirements security officers must follow in Georgia to include powers of arrest and use of force.

 Part 2

Team Management

Write a paragraph about the importance of upper management staying in sync with decisions made across the organization. Explain how a decision maker in upper management can make their own decisions that cause a disaster when he/she don’t understand what’s already been decided on by other managers at lower levels of the organization.

Write another paragraph on how important it is for people assigning tasks to know what’s required for a person to efficiently get the work done. Explain what can happen when a task is assigned and the person don’t have required resources i.e., hardware or software needed to do the work. Please use your on imagination or experiences if necessary.

Try to put these under one topic so they’ll fit together in document for about three hundred words. 1 reference for each.
