  • Argue why situational leadership theory is useful and relevant in developing an effective leadership culture.
  • Describe the three theories of situational leadership.
  • Justify what you consider to be the strengths and weaknesses of each theory when leading within the organizational context.
  • The written assignment should include at least three scholarly sources published within the last 5 years
  • Must include a separate title page with the following:
