Work implementation instructions

• Select a student or young adult to administer the career adaptability questionnaire

• Briefly record the case study, and explore which factor or factors it is weak on based on that scale

• List the factors you will investigate.

• Choose the appropriate exercises from the educational material of the module (teaching manual – professional adaptability programs ) and assign them to the beneficiary (justify the choice of exercises).

• Record the beneficiary’s answers

• Evaluation of your own experience and that of the beneficiary

Job evaluation criteria

– Writing an apt case study

– Administering a professional adaptability questionnaire

– Documentation of investigational factors and exercise selection

– Documenting the utilization of professional adaptability

– Clear recording of the answers of the beneficiary person

– Recording personal experience, in an apt, creative and original way.
