- You may use the example fill in the blank to write the summary provided by AHRQ on the PICO topic you have been working on.
- Be clear on the problem/topic you have been working on and findings from the review of literature, as well as background statistics on the problem.
- Write a letter to one of the elected political representative- at your local, county, state or national level (e.g. Mayor, health secretary, House of Representative, or Senator).
- Please use the do-it-yourself example letter provided by John Hopkins adopted for this class to construct your letter. (See attached belSubmit a two-page letter, single spaced, Times New Roman Fond 12 size or Arial 11 size.
- No title page needed
- Page 1 is the email content. No citation/reference needed. Single spaced content
- Page 2 the executive summary of the EBP review with introduction to the problem and the literature review you did with the 6 article, provide appropriate citation.
- Page 3. List the references for the executive summary in APA 7th edition. If the reference goes over one page, it is okay. Single space or double space are okay, but must adhere to APA 7th edition
- If you exceed the page limit, 10% points will be reduced (Except for the reference page).
- Citation and references needed in APA format for the executive summary only (See the Johns Hopkins sample provided).
- The assignment carries 5% of your grade.
