The Company strives to ensure a clear understanding of clients' and experts' financial relations concerning our services. Therefore, the Company is held accountable for delivering the Product on time and per the Client requirements outlined in the order. Should the Writer's commitments regarding Order delivery be infringed, the Client is entitled to full or partial reimbursement according to our money-back guarantee policy.

To make our policy as transparent as possible, we reiterate that there are specific situations when we may offer a refund. These are:

Late Delivery

The Company will refund an appropriate amount to compensate for the late delivery. The specific amount will be discussed with the Client. In situations of Late Delivery due to the Client's inability to offer necessary details for order completion, no refund can be granted. This is why the best situation is to send all details about the task, including any extra source that must be used at once when placing the order.

Disputed/Cancelled Order

If the Client is not satisfied and wishes to get a refund instead, the Quality Assurance Department will perform an inquiry. The refund claim will be denied or approved on the outcome of the inquiry. Keep in mind that we always want our clients to be fully satisfied. Therefore, we will o our best to treat the Client fairly and attain maximum client satisfaction.

Double Payment

If you paid twice, you need to contact us ASAP. You will be refunded the extra charge. We only charge once on our website.

Content Issues.

You can also ask for limitless amendments if unsatisfied with the product. However, if you are still unsatisfied with the product after the revision, ask for a refund within seven days from when the order was revised last.
