Writers are matched with our support based on their areas of expertise. If there are questions concerning the order, the customer may be contacted to offer clarification. Once the customer pays for the order, the writer begins working on the order. The client can communicate and discuss all details through a messaging system. The Website uses a messaging system for communication that the Customer and Writers can utilize. The writers may contact the support team and clients using it. The customer can track the order progress and get updates on the order.
The Website used a 3rd party payment processor. This is to make sure your information is secure and confidential. The site cannot access any data about you or the payment option you pick to pay for services at Udessaywriters. Payment can be made via PayPal and Credit Card options. The support team confirms the debit of your funds before the writer begins to work on your order. If you have insufficient funds, your payment will be declined. If a product does not meet the client's stipulations and quality standards, the writers must amend it to ensure the client is satisfied. That notwithstanding, clients are not obliged to request amendments and can ask for re-assignment in case of failure to abide by order instructions and quality issues.
